Mobility innovators like you require testing and services such as controlled test environments to conduct evaluations prior to deploying your technologies in real-world conditions. We can help you gain access to Michigan’s robust testing infrastructure and provide support to help you achieve your sustainable futures, equitable futures, and multimodal transportation goals and bring your product to market.

Support for testing and proving in controlled and/or simulated environments
Catalogue test site capacity and facilitate access to available testing resources
Outreach to mobility companies regarding test site capabilities, services offerings, and cost structures
Direct matchmaking for companies with immediate needs with relevant test environment and solutions

Getting started

Grant funding is available to help pay the test-site fees that would be incurred by testing at one of the Southeast Michigan-based test sites through this program. Interested organizations should connect with OFME or NextEnergy to scope out a testing plan and then apply for grant funding.
